Returns
We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 days. Store credit has no expiration date.
NO REFUNDS APPLICABLE.
If fifteen days days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.
Items will be sent back and buyer will be charged shipping if items are returned with stains, scents , other signs of wear , wrinkled, worn , washed and not folded back neatly.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns you must first be approved by emailing us at info@blucoutureclothing.com for assistance. Replies are sent Monday thru Friday between 8 am to 5 pm PACIFIC time. Response time is within 24 hours during days/hours mentioned. If for any reason we did not respond due to email malfunction please reach out via instagram or email us again. Thank you.

Exchanges/Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 2-3 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. An email will include a store credit code.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.
Once a store credit has been used it is a FINAL SALE, no returns. Store credits do not cover shipping fees.
An email will be sent with instructions. Please follow instructions or reach out before placing your order if you need any assistance , via email or Instagram. Store credit adjustments or cancellations can not be applied to an order once order is placed. When you enter your store credit code it will apply immediately. If for any reason there is an issue and it doesn't apply please reach out to us. Again , please reach out either via email or instagram dm before checking out if store credit didn't apply. We will gladly assist you.
Store Credit Codes can't be combined with Sale Codes.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, If you need to exchange it for the same item due to size exchange send us an email at info@blucoutureclothing.com for further instructions.
Shipping Instructions
Return instructions will be emailed to you once approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returned items that have not been delivered to us with proof on tracking number will not be processed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the shipping courier to open a claim. Let us know that you opened a claim so we can respond to the claim by courier if needed.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards can not be used with store credit codes. Expires in one year from purchase date.
